Add spacers to brace to lower it, 3 inch exhaust is huge compared to the 2 inch stock the support was designed to fit with.Change the TPS to .42 to .44 and your good to go. Buy some re-circ, the MAF is reading the air the BOV is letting go and adding fuel. The BOV is also closed at idle, the stock re-circ is open and lets the air the turbos move go in a loop. Larger pipes moves more air causing a bigger problem, the Maf reads air going either direction.
